My winter challenge entry. I created a living hybrid productivity system with health, coaching, productivity, features. Watchtower: A Personal Operating System Built on Craft I built a productivity system that runs on Craft. It uses Claude Code and the Craft MCP to create daily briefings, track projects, log patterns, and coach me through my work.
