@Lisa at Craft @Viktor at Craft Here is my second and most ambitious submission for #winter_challenge - Gitcraft. GitCraft turns a GitHub repository into a living engineering brain inside Craft. Instead of manually maintaining docs, it observes PR merges and meaningful commits, and incrementally updates structured documentation—system overviews, ADRs, release notes, and documentation history—directly in Craft. The goal isn't just "auto-generated docs", but preserving how and why a system evolves over time, using Craft as the long-term knowledge space. Everything remains human-readable, editable, and publishable. I'd really appreciate any feedback, questions, or thoughts—especially around structure, trust, and how this might fit into real workflows.
