#winter_challenge New Submission: CraftyTasks TL;DR Meeting Notes → Action Items, Automatically Do you use an AI assistant to capture meeting notes and tasks all day? Do you find yourself manually parsing through those tasks and copying/pasting them to your dedicated task manager? Then this solution is for you. This automation watches your Craft Daily Notes, identifies tasks assigned to you, and creates them in Todoist automatically. One paste into Craft, done. Set it and forget it - runs every weekday evening at 6:15 PM (or whatever time you choose)! The Problem: You finish a day of back-to-back meetings. Your AI assistant (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) has helpfully generated a task list from all your meetings - 15+ action items for your entire team. Now you need to: • Scroll through the list • Find YOUR tasks (mixed in with John's, Susan's, Bob's, etc.) • Copy each one • Paste into Todoist • Format them properly • Add tags, projects, etc. 10-15 minutes. Every. Single. Day. The Solution: I built a Craft + Make.com + Claude AI workflow that works as follows 1. Paste your AI-generated task list into Craft Daily Notes (10 seconds) 2. Make.com watches your Daily Notes folder for updates (scheduled weekdays at 6:15 PM) 3. Sends the full task list to Claude AI with instructions: "Extract only tasks assigned to me" 4. Parses Claude's response into individual task lines 5. Creates separate Todoist tasks automatically - clean, formatted, ready to work Total hands-on time: 10 seconds (one paste into Craft Daily Notes)
